Bull Fight...

It was a dare. Me and all my mates were just hanging out at the boat show when I saw a bull rider entertaining the crowd out of the corner of my eye. She was jumping on the bull and trying her hardest to stay on it while it kicked and bucked. I pointed the bull rider out to my mates and they decided it would be funny to dare me to go and tease the bull, you know, make it mad. I guess I had to, I was the tough guy in the group, the one that would do anything. I didnt want to loose my reputation, so I accepted the dare. I slowly approached the raging bull, my heart pounding with fear. Once I reached the bull I reluctantly jumped around, in a half-hearted attempt to make it mad. I looked up at my mates, they looked disapointed and fustrated with me so I decided to step it up a knotch. I frantically waved my arms, danced around and screamed my heart out. For a moment I thought the bull wasnt going to react, but I was soon put in my place. The bull began to kick and snort, its eyes fixed on me and only me. Me eyes shot up to my friends, hoping that they could save me. I was searching for a way out, a way to get away from this maniac bull. But there was no use the bull darted towards me, I sharply spun around and sped down the path. All of my surroundings had just faded away. It felt like it was just me and the bull. As I carried on running I realised that I was rapidly running out of places to go. I frantically scanned my options. The only place I could go was down the warf and jump into the water, so thats what I did. I was running faster than i've ever ran in my entire life. As I jumped off the warf I turned around to see how far away the bull was from me. I got a huge shock to find that the bull was only less than a metre away. The memory of the bulls face is vividly indented inside my mind... The sharp off-white horns, the blood shot eyes, the steam and water dripping out of its nose, and frightening rage. I was terrifyed, what started out as a dare had turned into this... I tryed to run but only to find that the water was unexpectedly deep. I started to panic, think that the bull was getting closer and closer by ever millisecond. But then I realised... That the bull was just as startled as I was! I will never forget that feeling of absolute relief, never.
